Blenheim Palace achieves success with Venpos Online
Blenheim Palace, one of England’s Treasured Houses, turned to Vennersys in 2016 to help with the vital task of funding restoration and conservation projects. Having worked alongside Vennersys for many years for its wider ticketing solutions, the Blenheim Palace Heritage Foundation needed a solution to maximise Gift Aid. Thanks to the flexibility of Vennersys software and the dedication of their development team, Vennersys were able to develop an almost bespoke two-step system to convert donations to Gift Aid once visitors had purchased annual passes. The 24 hour, seven-day support available from Vennersys was key for the Palace which operates 364 days a year, welcoming around 800,000 visitors a year and processing 160,000 annual passes.
