Following Venners’ audits, the franchise operator’s site audit scores for brand standards rose by an average of 20% in the first year.

Well-known UK tourist attraction, Alton Towers Resort, contacted Venners for help with stock control at four of their on-site hotels. Their operational team was looking to deepen their understanding of stock results and had a vision to increase not only controls, but ultimately, profitability too. Venners delivered bespoke training to their team, as well as in-depth reports and analysis, driving overall stock performance improvements for the business.

In a bid to improve transparency of investor-owned assets, Pirate, an international music and dance studio operator approached Venners for a bespoke valuation of specialist musical equipment. With 30 of its sites across the United Kingdom, Venners was able to send a unit of its nationwide team of stocktakers to value thousands of non-barcoded products and presented an accurate inventory to Pirate, which amounted to several million pounds worth of assets.
