After evaluating possible alternatives and taking into account Vennersys’ track record of implementing similar solutions, Knowsley Safari Park chose VENPoS. Landmark Cinemas
Landmark Cinemas
With 32 theatres, Landmark Cinemas is western Canada’s largest independent cinema company. It agreed a five-year contract for Vennersys to deliver, implement and support Vista’s entertainment system, which covers every aspect of the business - film hire, concessions and ticket sales (including on-line). Vennersys took time to understand the client’s requirements by conducting a detailed head office trial, resulting in a smooth implementation and high quality support.

Oakwood Theme Park
Wales’ premier theme park chooses Vennersys
Vennersys installed the VENPoS ticketing and admissions system at Pembrokeshire’s Oakwood Theme Park, which attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. Vennersys managed all aspects of the complex project, including the hardware, software installation, user training and go-live support. The new system has cut queue times and has improved the overall visitor experience. The whole project was delivered in record time, ensuring that the park was ready for the start of the new season and the Easter holidays.

VENPoS Online e-commerce solution
After consultation with its customers, Vennersys has launched VENPoS Online to replace its e-ticketing module. A comprehensive e-commerce platform, VENPoS Online is quick and easy to implement and adopts the style of the client’s own website to provide a seamless end-user experience when buying tickets, merchandise and experiences over the web. VENPoS Online is an integral part of the VENPoS application suite and uses the same back-end database, which enables comprehensive reporting across all sales channels and ensures data integrity and accuracy. Blenheim Palace is the first customer to implement VENPoS Online and further developments and enhancements will be delivered during 2010.

Empire Theatres bring Vennersys into the picture
Canadian cinema circuit, Empire Theatres, installed the Vista cinema application, supplied under licence by Vennersys, in its 54 sites. Empire selected Vista after a very detailed trial of the software and extensive market research. Vennersys managed the roll-out using staff from both its Canadian and UK offices. The first site in Sydney, Nova Scotia, went live in September 2008 and the last site was completed in January 2009.

Dudley Zoo
Dudley Zoo selected VENPoS software solutions to modernise its admissions process, dramatically improve ticketing and allow the electronic capture of Gift Aid. Dudley Zoo’s reporting capabilities have massively improved since the solution was rolled out. They now benefit from a fully automated close of day system, which allows for central cash control of all tills. It also includes a complete stock system.

Deep Sea Leisure
Deep Sea Leisure aquariums selected Vennersys’ VENPoS solutions to manage admissions (online and on-site), retail shop sales, catering, memberships and event management for educational tours and dive bookings. Benefits cited include faster admissions, increased revenue and cash flow, improved customer service levels, increased cash control, more accurate stock control and improved reporting.
