2008: Vennersys established
2008: Christie Group disposed of VCSTIMELESS (Retail)
2007: Christie Corporate Finance established
2007: Venners established Compliance Audit and Food Safety Divisions
2006: Christie Group purchased the outstanding minority interest in Orridge SA (Belgium)
2005: Christie Group moved to AIM
2004: Pinders acquired and integrated West London Estates
2004: Christie + Co formed a new International Consultancy Division
2002: Orridge became part of Christie Group
2000: Christie Group acquired Groupe Timeless (merged as VCSTIMELESS)
1999: Venners Computer Systems acquired Vision Associates (renamed Venners Touch Systems)
1998: Venners Computer Systems opened in Canada
1997: Christie + Co opened an office in Paris, its first in Continental Europe
1994: Orridge established its Continental business in Belgium
1992: Modus Europe (renamed Venners Computer Systems) acquired by Venners
1988: Christie Group floated on the London Stock Exchange
1986: C, O & D Group renamed Christie Group
1986: Pinders acquired
1984: Venners acquired
1981: Groupe Timeless established
1980: The holding company - C, O & D Group – established
1977: Reliance Consumer Credit (RCC) formed (2007 - rebranded Christie Insurance and Christie Finance)
1971: Orridge merged with Ernest J George & Co
1969: Pinders established
1952: Christie + Co opened its first regional office in Exeter
